Maria Coulter has 35 years in construction; QS, Project Manager, Risk Manager. She's seen the industry at its best and its worst. In 2014 she founded Construction Coach to help SME builders build businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and get away from the "race to the bottom" on cost. She's coached over 300 businesses since. In 2025 she launched Solving Construction, an online learning platform leading with the CITB Impact funded programme, "Solving Tech for Small Builders". Her mission is simple. Stop the race to the bottom. Start a Construction Revolution. She sits on the Construction Leadership Council working group for Future Skills to influence change.
